3 "Red Dragon" Movies. What were they?

There have been 3 movies/TV movies made based on the Thomas Harris novel "Red Dragon" There was "Manhunter" with William Peterson; "Red Dragon" with Ed Norton. There was a 3rd which may have been a TV movie. The only thing I remember about it was that it had Jan Hammer (Miami Vice) ociated with it, and I thought it was better than "Manhunter". Does anybody know what the title of this movie was?
