Should I get Ugg minis?

I got short Uggs but then I went and returned them because they hurt my ankles. Do you think I should get ugg minis instead? I really want uggs so don't tell me not to, plus I found them for a really good price. I also know that its almost spring but it'll still be snowy where I live for 3 months.
