My daughter who will be 17?

my daughter lives with her grandparents,and has for the past 10 yrs. we still have a close bond. she talks to me when she can't talk to them. my ques. is she came to me and admited to having for the first time,and i freaked out and now we have been distant!what can i say or do to support her,but not say its ok?
