Is racism really that bad in the united kingdom?

Ok why do us black british always complain about the racism in this country? i mean yes its there its real but compared to other countries like the united states,france, and russia we have it pretty good here i mean i would read about the lynchings in america you know when african americans would be attacked by a mob beaten tortured then hung from a tree or burned. I mean i haven't read anything like this in the uk, and in russia people who are dark skinned will randomly be attacked on the streets beaten up sometimes to death and it will be filmed and posted on the internet(ross kemp on gangs anyone?). Also i recently went to spain with my friends and omg the looks i was getting it was just awful. I mean if you look at the united states especially in L.A there are these race wars between hispanic and african americans also in california there is a rise in violent skin head gangs so what do we have to complain about, has a black men ever been lynched in the united kingdom? im not saying we should ignore the race issue in this country but compared to other countries in the world the racism here really isnt that bad.
