Independent trucks tight.?

hey guys i wanted to know do independent trucks ride tight pretty well. because there black bushings are the hard ones and there trucks that come with black bushings i'm guessing are hard bushings. are those the only independent trucks that ride tight well or do all indy's ride tight pretty well or none.
