Why are there so many overweight/fat/obese football coaches around?

These guys should be setting the example. I've seen more middle and high school coaches that are about as wide as half their O-line put together. A lot of college and pro coaches are very think around the middle also. You would think coaching and just being around athletes and athletics would motivate them to look like something other than a fat slob. Athletic directors also fat fat fat. YUCK!! I understand they aren't hired for their looks but geeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzz.
