Breaking up, still hurting?

Broke up with my girl two weeks ago, still feeling like a rut. She went back with her a week ago and started to have feelings for him. Now they are semi together because he is leaving for the Navy in 16 days. She told me that her heart is with him and she doesn't have any feelings for me. I guess there isn't anything i can do, but to move on. Just find it so hard to do because i still have feelings towards this girl. She wants to be friends with me right now and is having trust issues bc she said she felt mistrusted when she was with me, eventhough i didn't cheat or had any affiliations with any girl. Maybe it was her excuse to get out. Our relationship ended after two months, i guess what made it hard is that we didn't get a chance to see what the future maybe become for us. anyone going through a similar situation or have something to share?
