How much OJ do you use in a screwdriver?

I just discovered my love of screwdrivers but I'm not sure how much orange juice to use. I know its one shot of vodka but wanna know how many oz of oj to add. Also...what do you think is the best type of vodka, right now I use sky and absolut.
