How would you answer this question on trademark?

a coworker pull me a side yesterday and ask what is his trademark? i was confused because he is a really handsome, athletic person but i thought "trademark" would be dr.. attorney... I have yet to ask him if what he is asking me is what do i think or how do i see him? example: mature, independent.. please help me.
