I'm asking again cause no one gives a clear answer, ibuprofen overse?

It's been long enough that you shouldn't be seeing any problems from them. I'm not sure if they have internal side affects but usually once they have time to work throgh the body they are gone. The other thing you can do to get a more informed answer is to call the number on the bottle and tell them what you took and when and see what they say. Or else a poison hot line can be helpful or even a hospital. But try the drug company first.
