implant disaster?

I have implants, one has deflated and is causing health and emotional problems. I have tried attorneys, however now the way the companys that manufacuter the implants leave a so called guarantee but when it fails,the consumer is left to come up with a lump sum of cash to fix the problem .MY QUESTION IS WHY ARE THERE REALLY NO DOCTORS OUT THERE WHO ARE TRULY WILLING TO HELP BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE NOT MONEY. I COULD MAKE SMALL PAYMENTS BUT FOR OUR SO CALLED ETHICAL DOCTORS THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. aNOTHER QUESTION, DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY ORGANIZATIONS THAT HELP PEOPLE WHO HAD COSMETIC SURGERY TO IMPROVE THEIR LIFE AND THEN ARE LEFT IN A DEFORMED STATE.
