Is it evil, or wrong morally or ethically, or even considered cloning if I made an account?

and pretended to be someone who isn't one of us? I was thinking of becoming Judge Judy on the board, but would that be considered cloning since I am not Judge Judy? If I were Judge Judy, (or anyone generally speaking) I may not appreciate the misuse and misrepresentation of my image or my name. I mean, some may think I am the real Judy, I know it's unlikely but some here are gullible. And if I express ideas that aren't hers, would that be fraud?
