Should the Enquirer sue John Edwards for slander?
Edwards lied about having the affair and then went on a rant about how the Enquirer is tabloid trash and will come otu with anything for a story and trashed the paper. He knowingly hurt their reputation and said they lied. Should they sue him for slander?
