Got a speeding ticket on 94 in IL, but it's missing details...?

So in a construction zone the speed limit is 45. So, going about 15 miles over will get you lazered and ticketed. I was pulled over by a state trooper and given a ticket. Upon looking at the ticket later, there is no time written on the ticket, there is a date, and a space for time with a 'circle one' option for am and pm. So, is this a valid ticket, or can I contest and pead not guilty because of incomplete information? Thanks!
