My mother has on older house around 100 yrs old how much would it cost for this to be done?

There is an old oil tank under the backyard and that needs to be dug up.. Also there are some foundation issues in the front of the house.. I'm sure that there will need to be a replacement of most of the pipes in that house.. And there is a room that has a leaky roof so bad that it's to the point that the room is moldy and things get frozen to the floor in the winter time because there is no heat in that house and the boiler hasn't been working for I dunno how long..
